Our care team is highly trained in providing services that is tailored to meet the needs of the client and their families. - To focus on service users. We aim to provide personal care and support in ways which have positive outcomes for service users and promote their active participation.
- Fit for our purpose. We review our operations constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and purposes. We welcome feedback from our service users and their relatives.
- Welfare of our service users. We provide a package of care to each service user that contributes to his or her overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. We will co-operate with other services and professionals to help to maximize each service user’s independence.
- To meet assessed needs. Before we provide services, we will ensure that potential service user’s needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed. We aim to ensure that the care that Procare (Ujima) Limited provides meets the assessed new needs of each service user, that needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary, and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to changing needs or requirements.
- Quality services. Procare (Ujima) Limited is whole-heartedly committed to providing top quality services and to continuous improvement in the level of the care we offer.
- Quality workforce. Standards for our managers and staff are based on the national occupational standards of the care industry set by the National Training Organisation.
- Working with families. We intend to work with our people with supportive living needs and their families by promoting positive communication to inform, reassure and engage with them and their families and to develop collaborative relationships and build trust with families.

Senior Care
Provide quality care for our older service users which enable them to continue living fulfilling lives in their homes that they know and love.
Live-In Care
This provision is full-time care at your home service which allows you, or your loved one, to stay at home in familiar and relaxed surroundings with an incomparable level of one-to-one support.
Specialist Care
We believe that having specialist care needs shouldn’t prevent you from taking full advantage of everything life has to offer.
Learning & Physical Disabilities
We provide care and support for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
