Procare (Ujima) Limited provides holistic domiciliary care services and specialised reablement and support at home care for vulnerable older people based in Bristol and surrounding areas. Our support is vital in preventing our Service Users from going into bed-based services such as residential care homes, hospitals, or other care settings.
